I have not here of SOB declaring war on WOR. I just dont like the fact that they are trying to recruit our alliance members from under us. They are also placing planets next to ours. So we will do the samething that other alliances would do. TAKE THEM DOWN!!! We dont start wars. We just repo ships and resoures. If they get mad. Oh well.

I've asked the pointy eared one himself, and there is no war. One of their noobs just got a bit carried away, so there is no declaration on their part.

So there is no war. Unless you guys want to declare..... :D

No rule states that the war declaration must be made by the alliance leader, war is still valid no?
