How do i create a new moon?

there are multiple ways to get a moon you can do a moon shot where someone attacks your planet with enough ships to create a huge debris field i prefer attacking with 200 large cargos
or you can buy a moon with rubies

The answers you seek are in the forums already under the "HELP" section and "EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT A MOON" thread.

If a debris field has formed and there is no moon, then a moon will not form this time. Go ahead and collect the DF and try again. Leaving it there, it will be collected by someone else.

Simple go at Serios PLUS and buy one with 200 Rubies
Or try the lame way put an friend to attack you with:
small cargos 1000
large cargos 250
Battle ships 50-100

You will get a moon like this... i think
