how do change planet name?
Select the planet on the drop down list. On the overview screen, click on the planet name where it appears above your fleet movement list, and you can either change the name, or delete the colony there.
It's not worth deleting colonies at this stage of the game, but in future you should look to keep only colonies over 300 fields.
