How do you build a shipyard?

Why cant i build a shipyard

You need a lvl 2 robot factory first. Always look at technologies if you cant figure out what you need for building new things.

If you have a lvl 2 robot factory already and you cant then its a bug and you should contact the game manager in the bugs/typos column.
