Can anybody tell me why the hell these random F**KERS are posting random stuff about dresses and whatever WTF !!!!! its so damn annoying

i ignored it the first few times but it has happend a good few times now and i would really like it to stop is there any mods on this forum ?

I ban and delete as soon as I see these posts, and I have banned many accounts for this already and I am 99.9% certain that it is the same person in all cases, but he keeps logging on through new accounts and IP addresses.
