Does the Score Board work properly?

I have several espionage repports of buildings being higher of any of the listen buildings in Score Board.

The same is with fleet and defence.

Can Score board be trusted?

not really i never find that it works i have a lvl 7 nanite but it says that someone has a lvl 6

There is an include in Scoreboard option in Options Menu.

i have looked in the options but i can not find such a option between them.

can you make a print screen of this option?
