Destruction not possible

I was trying to destruct a building but nothing happens except for this message.

You must have that amount of resources on that planet to do a destruct order. It cost resources to destroy things as well as build them.

sorry, I missed that part of the message. It seems to me that this bug has happened before. I do not recall the outcome though.

I have seen that this game like every game has some bugs

You do not have enough resources to destruct Ship Yard. You have 214.371 of Metal, 450.548 of Crystal and 63.851 of Deuterium the cost of destruction was 115.683 of Metal, 57.841 of Crystal and 28.920 of Deuterium.

This is a long standing bug which obviously has never been fixed. For buildings which require deuterium for construction, the deuterium needs to be showing in green on the main building page to be able to destroy a level. So basicly you need enough deut to be able to upgrade the building to be able to downgrade it even though it doesn't cost that much.

I try to destroy my fusion reactor at level 3 and I destroy it 40 seconds later it doesn't destroy it ! I have tried 3 TIMES ..... FIX THIS
