I found a bug where construction time is not updated based on buildings completed.
When using a construction queue, construction time is based solely on the time that was calculated when the building was placed in the queue, and doesn't take buildings completed in the meantime in account.
The example I had: I queued 3 levels of robotic factory and level 1 missile silo. The missile silo's construction time was 4 hours, but with the 3 levels on robotic factory it reduced to 1 hour. However, the queue started construction time based on the original time, and didn't count for the robot factory lvl 3 built in the meantime. It was faster for me to cancel and restart construction.
