if you send with your attack force your recycle ships and you make a debri field do they emmidiately pick up the recources?

No you have to send them seperatly & change the location to the debris field & NOT the planet probably wise to send off your recyclers off before your attack .. depending on what ships and the level of your engines

you must send :
1 mission to attack
2 mission to recycle an send it a few seconds later after attack
