can not log in

I could not login all of a sudden... I was managing me fleet when suddenly it kicked me off and when i try to relog it keep says due to security reasons i can not login. what should i do???

I cant log in as well. Resending the pass doesn't work because it doesn't recognize my email. What should I do? :s
