Adding people to an Alliance

Adding people to an Alliance

Hey guys,

I've tried searching the boards but couldn't track down an answer. How do you add people to an Alliance? I'm sure I'm missing something really minor but I would appreciate the help.

The people who want to join, must go to the alliance page and submit an application. That's the only way, then the leader must click on the alliance tab in the empire menu and accept (or deny) the applicant. Done.
The response time for a 911 call is approximately 4 minutes.....the response time for a .45 ACP hollow point is 930 feet per second....any questions?
