Payment for Rubies

Hi there,

I bought some Serios Rubies and I have not recieved them immediately as I have discovered I should... Is there someone in particular that I should get in contact with?

Nobody uses the forums anymore. I have tried getting their attention. Anyways, people have had that problem before. If you go to Contact on the left hand menu under Game Help, it will give you an email. Email them the problem and tell them you posted it in the forums. They will fix it and probably give you a few more for the trouble. People have said that they double the amount to make up for the trouble.
