Is it possible to view or do anything with your planets before you come out of vmode ? Im asking coz i noticed activity on someones planets while they are still in v mode and havent just gone into vmode been there more than 3 days. thank you

I've got no idea. I do know the person you mean has made an alliance membership application. Maybe this flagged as activity.
