ABM vs IPM
does the ABM always destroy the IPM or the IPM can evade?

Always. You need to cancel out all APBM's before your missile can hit.

Each APBM stops one IPBM attack, and is used up in the process. So you need to launch more attacks than your target has APBM before you will destroy any defences.

ok so if my enemy have 10ABM, i should launch then 20 IPM ? like this i well lost 10, but my other 10's well hit there targets? right?

More than 10 at least. I would fire an extra 3 or 4, and then probe to see what defences remain. Then tenderise some more if needed, etc.

Just that planet. Each planet requires it's own defences.
