IPBM Problem...

Hi!
I just have slight problem ith IPBM i did build few but i still can't use them.
How i supposed to send them to opponent's base?
From what i assume i supposed to go: GALAXY->TARGET PLANET-> And in Dialog box should appear "Missile attack" option right? BUt in my case it's not happend,
unless i am doing that wrong...

Select the planet with IPBM's from the overview. On Galaxy view, there is an icon to the right of the planet (where the options to add to friend list or pm appears) to launch an IPBM attack if the planet is within range. The range is determined by your impulse tech.
