When we upgrade something on a different planet other than your mother planet dose it still count for Technologis
Lets say that i upgrade the Computor Technology on a different planet to level 10 and i upgrade my Robot Factory to level 10 on my mother planet dose this still work to get the Nanite Factory even when they were upgrade on different planets

Your tech applies to all colonies and fleets. In order to build a nano factory, you must have the robotic factory level 10 on the planet you want to build the nano factory on. It does not matter where the tech is researched.
