What is the point of Graviton tech. after reaching level 1 (uni 1) or level 2 (USA uni)? If there is no difference then why not allow higher levels to make RIP's/LG build faster??????

True but still if they are only used for one(two) thing(s) and then after you reach that level it is useless unlike the other research things (I'm guessing that higher plasma levels increase the amount of damage the bomber/plasma turret deal)... It just does not fit the norm of what was made.

yeah but does it say anywhere that it should improve building time or fleet speed or anything

actually quite a few attacks are pointless after a certain level, after filling out the technologies list these are the research techs that are and arent worth upgrading

Ion Technology-upgrades do nothing

Plasma Technology-upgrade bombers and plasmers always beneficial

Intergalactic Research Network- upgrades are beneficial AS LONG AS you have a number of research labs equal to or greater than the level of this tech

Expedition Technology-upgrades are beneficial AS LONG AS this tech does not exceed computer tech

The energy tech upgrades improve the energy production of the fusion power plant so yes they are useful only towards one thing but that is getting the most bang for your deut. at that point
