sending multiple fleets on different missions

sending multiple fleets on different missions

i remember back before my planets were deleted that i was able to send 7-8 different fleets out to different destinations

but i cant do that now
am i maybe missing a structure i didnt know i needed or wat?


help would be apprieciative


(i had just assumed u could send out all ur ships to do watever so long as u had the resources)

you need to research computer technology to be able to send more fleets out
