obviously weapons tech is a priority but the question is which has a greater value shield or armor tech another question with higher armor tech is there more

the best thing to do is to keep them all even and spend your surplus of resources on it personally i dont do it but a lot of people do
and no there is no extra debris created with higher armour tech
