USA universe

I've got an account in the Universe 1
My question is:If I register in the USA universe too,will i be banned for multusing?
Or:Are the two universes independent,so i can have one account at each of them without been banned???
Will I have to delete my current account in order to register in the USA??

No you will not. The two universes are independent and will not count as multiplaying.

I am very positive. Even when you go to register for the new universe, it will state that multiplaying is having multiple accounts in one universe and you are allowed one account per universe. I am 100% sure.
