Espionage Technology more then lvl 8 is good?

espi tech is always good the higher the level the worse espi another player will get off of you but the better espi you can get and with less ships

lets say if you have esp tech 8 and i have 10

if you esp me you see only less details not the full esp report or you to add more ships to get the full report
