Forum Moderators Needed

Greetings everyone,

Battle for Serios needs 2 new forum moderators.
Please read carefully the following text if you are interested.

List of duties:

-Forum management
There is some work needed, especially in the general discussion thread where lots of things are needed to be moved into the new thread. Not only moved but also filtered and categorized. This means that the forum moderator will have to filter through seemingly good ideas and totally useless ones. Move the seemingly good to the new thread and delete the old ones. This work is not limited to what described but expand to a continues effort to keep posts in the right thread.

-Forum Rules
A moderator must always enforce the forum rules without any second thoughts. Rules are to be followed. Revision of rules always possible. In this sense a moderator should also teach the community the rules by interfering into key posts and bring order back.

-Forum activity
A moderator should always aid into creating a more boastful community. Good moderators are very proficient at this and every active community has some great moderators behind.

-War Rules and Player Awards
War rules and player awards are enforced by the forum moderators as well, after coordination with the player base. Administration does not interfere with this except if there are severe reasons to.

-Responsibility and fairness
A forum moderator position is one of responsibility. Although still a player, the forum moderator has some power in compare to other players so he has to use this power responsibly and in a fair spirit.

REQUIREMENTS

Such a position cannot be given to anyone. Therefore we have set some high standards to select the persons. Due to new management though, we will be a bit lax in compare to future announcements. Here is the list:

-At least 16 years old
-Must be active both in game and forums
-Fluency in English
-100 000 points in the game
