NEW UNIVERSE: USA

After we have received many requests and emails, we have launched a new universe.

The new universe is named USA to honor the many players we have from USA.

New features:
-ACS Attack
-2 New Ship Types
-1 new technology
-Ability to change name
-Earn Rubies by referring new players
-Many many more

Universe 1 will remain without ACS Attack.

So is everything else the same as the old uni like number of planets you can have and the max size of planet????? Would like to know whats a good size planet and all.
