I could not see this connon even with Esp tech lvl 8 and 99 esp ships

that's so small fleet....

normally i send 10 Bs + cargoes to attack the inactives

that is not a bug. it was a Large Shield dome and a plasma cannon
id say send around 20 battleships next time
