FLEET PATROL

Empires should be able to patrol there home worlds.this would make it intrestin as u can send them on patrol if the player is going away for a long time or on vacation mode.

There is a simple way enable v-mode when you want to go away for long times
DEATH BEGINS WITH LIFE'S FIRST BREATH , AND LIFE BEGINS AT THE TOUCH OF DEATH
