Rubies through EXPEDITION

i saw in some game that we can get rubies like things for free through expeditions.....so that we can buy officer upgrades which increases the
production speed of resources by +5% and increases the W/S/A by +5 % for each level......for that 100 or 200 Rubies are fixed to recurit so that we ca get more out of Rubies and more players like me can buy them or players can get through EXP also
