Alliances that are currently recruiting

I think that there should be a thread in the Union of Honor that has a lists of the alliances that are recruiting. Only list the alliances that have topics about the alliance. It may help new players, instead of having to look at an alliance topic, then going to look to see if they are still around in the game. Feel free to leave your thoughts, and it could be modified, I just wanted to see the thoughts of everyone.

1st we would have to have a mod , someone to update the topic (Lock it & Change it so noone spams it ) , & i cant see serios updating it himself , though it is a good idea i suppose
