ipm on moons wud be gd that way players can get ibm's on there planets and send ipm's from moons

same as planets for ipm's level 4 silo needed and 5 per level

no ipm cant hit moons but thr risk of makein defences on moons id high cuz if someone kills ur moon bye bye defenc's

were on a planet u lose 30% per attack
