Planet Takeover

There should be an option of planet takeover. This would help newbie's a lot. If a guy has gone inactive then anyone can take that planet instead of it being deleted. This would be cool. And also an option of leaving a planet would be also cool. Instead of destroying the planet. I think guys can develop a lot of planets and leave it. So later on they can farm them. It would be nice i would think. And would intensify the whole gaming process as we would see lot of people are moving raiding the planets they have developed.

Also there should be an option of cancel ship production or defensive unit production. I think if it is included then it would be great. If some one cancels any unit production then a part of the resources could be lost. This could be good idea of avoiding resource loss during raids.
