Within the 'Story Line' forum section create these forum sections,
Universe Police Academy - to enlist as a police cadet post here.

Universe Parlament Floor - this is the floor/chamber of our universe, post BILL proposals here diplomatically. All responses are to be in the form of a vote FOR or AGAINST a proposed BILL and will either become law or a failed BILL.
Law Book - As BILLS become laws, they will be recorded here, you may read only, no replies allowed.
Attorney College - to become an attorney and represent cadets post here.
Attorneys - to find an attorney to handle a case you want tried post here.
Judge Elections - to be considered as a judge post your name here.
Judges Lists - This is a record of all past and present sitting Judges.
Upcoming Court Case - Attorneys post your next case here and wait for a judge to reply.
Court In Session - Judges post here the case you are hearing, and hold the trial within your thread with the representing lawyers for plaintiffs, and defendants and then make your decision known.
Spy Corner News - If you have an in game story of a court case, something that happened to you, or are you a rogue cadet looking for fame, a reporter, be it a conversation, an alliance battle, recycle mission, fleet missions, or spy talk on a street corner between 2-3 other players that create a story line and an end result, post them here. Keep everything as a story. If you want to chat, use the general chat section of the forum and not this section.

Universe Police Academy - to enlist as a police cadet post here.
This section just lets people know who would like to be a cop. There really isn't any course to take to become one. Whoever would be the moderator/captain for Universe Police, would then select who would be an officer.
Universe Police - to report a crime post here.
This section would have a person appointed by those who are important figures within the Universe Parlament Floor. This person would be called Captain/Moderator and be the boss over the cops.
Universe Parlament Floor - this is the floor/chamber of our universe, post BILL proposals here diplomatically. All responses are to be in the form of a vote FOR or AGAINST a proposed BILL and will either become law or a failed BILL.
This section is made up of Important people who are voted in as floor members. The universe would vote to approve these people as the member body. These floor members could be the leaders of alliances or anyone who thinks they want to have a say in the universal government politics. These members pass laws, and hire and fire for the professor and Captains position.

The law book would be maintained by an appointed person from the Parlament Floor and become accountable for the law book. If something happens to the law book I dread to say something bad could happen to the holder of the book. LOL
