New images - mouse over text

Within the Research section, I would like the images to have a mouse over effect that displays the last line within that technology, like the image for Hyperspace Technology, just make the mouse over text pop up say ... Once a sufficient level of Hyperspace Technology is researched, the Hyperspace Drive is no longer just a theory.

The reason for this request is to speed up game play and do away with clicking the technology to read the text to remind ourselves of certain things.

Yeah I like this idea. It could be used for everything in the game though...Ships, buildings, defenses, etc. Would save having to click on them to read the full description.

Yeah it wouldn't be hard to fix this, all it takes is to add an (alt="statement") next to the image url. Here is the alt statement that would need to be added to the Hyperspace Technology image on the research page. It's a simple fix.
