if a play becomes inative the research of that player shud be disabled so lower ranked member have a chance to attack bigger players ???

that will gave bigger player too much avantage and is not fair on smaller player

I would like to see the ACS Attack setup and working. There are many ways you can install it into the game so that lower rank and higher rank players can use it. Place the starting point for an ACS Attack or group attack or evern just an alliance attack from one members moon. This is so that you cant just start with doing ACS attack. You can limit it two like a group of 5 or 3 players. This will do two things. Allow lower ranking players take revenge on bigger players. The second is that they will be more attacks and teamwork so that more people will have friends on the game to play with, which means more of a chance of them playing so catch up with friends. Plus with this you cant scan the ACS attack so you cant be intercepted by someone else. Only ACS defenced against.

be able to buy more than 999 things like maybe 10000 at once because it takes space and everything too only be able to do 999
