Recycling ships and defenses

I think many players would like the option to recycle their defenses and ships they deem outdated/no longer useful.
We could implement a new technology, recycling, or a new facilty, recycling plant, where each level would increase recycling efficiency, up to 75%. There could also be a HP limit which limits the size the facilty can recycle.

It is already possible to recycle unwanted ships - just crash them into a shell and recycle them with your...RECYCLERS. No new tech required
