Why does some alliances say "WINGS OF OUR ALLIANCES"? it means allies? i mean not naps, like i dont attack you and you dont attack me but allies, like ww2, if france goes to war britian goes to war, thats what i mean, and thats what am asking.

Wings are few people of an alliacne(say krieg) comes out and forms a alliance(say krieg wing) which trains people to recruit for the alliacne(krieg)
