I will consider any player, based on their current attitude and ability, and my impression of their ability to maintain and improve their standard. I don't give up hope on anyone or anything. Some things I merely doubt.

He's been intermittently inactive through the game, and says he will now be more active. He has a basic grasp of the game, and has not made a consistant habit of saying stupid things in public or annoying people. I've told him we will give him a chance and see how he does. If he makes the grade, he stays. If not, he's gone. But I will give him the chance to prove what he can do.

He launched two fleets. 3 days later when I had a fleet, he ceased to have one. ^_~
